Enthusiasm is the most important feeling for this job, as I take care of very emotional details around your individual and intimate wedding. And I love my job, that I can tell you !

Knowhow is the second important part of this profession. This will come out very soon when you start planning a wedding and you need to transform dreams into reality. To have good and very long-run contacts to italian partners but as well being strict and coordinated as germans said to be is necessary for a good worker.

Mainly it is me, Britta, born in Hamburg 1960 and working as wedding planner since 2000 here in Italy. Additionally there is a team of freelancers who give me support as translaters, witnesses, supervisors, babysitters and since 2009 we also have a dog sitter on board. Often this colleagues are also integrated into the planning process behind the scenes.

We all live in Italy, are Italians or do live here since many, many years. So we all know how to treat italian traditions and their working style. But we also know that perfection is expected by foreign brides and grooms.

Finally Creative Wedding is part of the association of wedding planners in Italy. It is the most important association in this country and target is to promote the job as wedding planner to be accepted.

Planners with lots of experience (Creative Wedding is active since 2000) are helping newcomers. On the same time it is qualifying the members and non-members to be faithful and correct actors.

There are local meetings but as well national and international conferences as the one in april 2012, much appreciated by all attendees. Networking is a great help for everyone.
