Of course Lake Como. It is a fantastic combination of blue water and green mountains. And it offers lots of historic villas that can be rented for luxury weddings.

The backside of Lake Garda. Generally this lake is very touristic and quite overloaded in the summer months. But around the lake you will find lots of little wine regions like Valpolicella, Lugana, Custoza, Verona, Soave. Here you find wine farms and country houses to host your wedding.

Tuscany of course, but where it is less known. South of Siena has lots of little historic mini towns. Or the hilly and green Casentino between Florence and Arezzo.

If you look for a very special region that still shows the real italian lifestyle, then let me recommend Puglia in the south oft he country. Rural food, beaches and white towns are good for relax.
